Whales...Both live in the water, but neither are considered fish...I could get a dinosaur dictionary to give you the correct names of many dinosaurs that not only lived in the water, but used gills as a primary source of oxygen...I don't want to, but if you still disbelieve me, I will...

Sharks have evolved VERY little in the last 450 million years...that is pretty close to dinosaur to me...can you name another fish that hasn't evolved in the last 450 million years and still lives today?
