Some axions form in stars. They are not the ones I am refering to. Cosmic axions formed during the big bang during recombination.

Axions are also required by theory to reduce the neutron dipole moment to zero.

My admitted speculations are supported by known science. Only the EM cosmic theory that Dick likes, which rules out dark matter, is inconsistent with my speculation
