Sounds A Bit Like Penrose

In his popular books on the mind, Penrose suggests that wave functions collapse automatically from a gravitational effect on the scale of nanoseconds, if I remember correctly.

Could you provide a reference or link to Chris Langan work? I missed it in previous posts.
