Obviously I’m not too good at it.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was applying actual textbook pyschoanalysis techniques to the vision! ie. Freudian concepts where everything subconscious relates to ‘self’ (our id/ego) and dream-images are interpreted using ‘universal symbols’ derived from our so-called ‘collective unconscious’ (from Carl Jung’s work). So I didn’t even see your very straightforward ‘environmentalism’ metaphor until you just pointed it out!

Anyway, my interpretation could have been a proper psychoanalysis IF your vision had been a DREAM (ie. a subconscious process)... but not if it was a ‘consciously composed’ metaphor-- So NO WONDER it didn’t work! I’m sure that it had absolutely NOTHING to do with the fact that I do not have a licence to practice pyschoanalysis!
