I think you're trying to polarize this issue into an "us versus them" scenario in which both sides take an absolute stance, but such thinking is tedious and irritating. It is possible that the universe is younger than it appears (though it is supremely improbable that it as as young as you would like it to appear to be) as well as it is possible that it is older. It's possible that it was created yesterday, and my memories are all fabricated.

So stop with this "So, you admit I might be right!" stuff. If I didn't, I wouldn't be much of a scientific thinker. But I refuse to take your beliefs as a serious challenge to current science, by reason of evidentiary hollowness.
