Counterbalance used to be the place to pick on Xtian fundamentalists. A year or more ago This place was a lot more focused on philosophical theism vs. atheism. Now it seems a lot more fundies drop by (including an apparent Muslim schizo calling himself Ezekiel), and a couple of the scientific sorts have either disappeared [Alex, Thom Cl] or come by a lot more seldom [Bruce]).

COunterbalance was like candy. Astronomy was like real food. But lately the chef has been dropping chocolate into the chili, and it's not a pretty scene.
