A man claiming to be a physicist once began a thesis on reality by dividing phenomena we experience into three categories:

(1) "the real universe"
(2) "the data transmission mechanism"
- and -
(3) "our awareness itself"

In other words, this "physicist" presumes our senses and thoughts to be, per se, separate from reality. Despite wherein this "physicist" feels these phenomena might actually lie (the Astral Plane? the Twilight Zone?), the fact is obvious; he presupposes a supernatural foundation for thoughts and senses. Oh, and THEN he purports to tell us all about "reality."

How can anyone take this clown seriously?
