The United States, perhaps? The Supreme Court has upheld the teaching of evolutionary biology again and again. To be fair, the U.S. did commit genocide against the American Indians. However, a huge portion of this was before evolution ever caught on, so don't give me that. (Also, I seem to remember you saying that the extermination of the Indians was a positive thing! Which ideology supports genocide?)

Can you think of a fundamentalist government that has not supported tyranny and corruption? Crusades, Inquisitions, Jihads, and witch burnings count as tyranny for this issue, Aaron, in case that wasn't clear. :)
