Can you explain further, please?

Hitler was raised in the Catholic church and wanted to be a priest until he was caught smoking in the church and received a harsh rebuke. HIs knowledge of biology was arrested at the junior high school level. He bought into the ideas of folks like Houston Stuart Chamberlain, also merely a crank theorist in most matters. His book was written before Gregor Mendel's work was published.

Stalin was raised in the Russian or Eastern Orthodox church. His education was not impressive. In fact, he demanded his scientists alter their theories to suit his politics.

Charles Darwin seriously considered becoming an Anglican minister before he went on the voyage of the Beagle.

The Inquisitions of the Dark Ages must count as among the greatest mass murders, by number of persons who were tragically killed, and especially by what portion of the population died.

The Plagues are mass murderers too...
The researchers who work to cure diseases may come from various creeds or no creed.

Please name who were the five worst mass murderers of history? Maybe we can find another
common denominator that is rock solid!
Mike
