I Don't Know What To Say

Hi Dick,

I don't know what to say which I haven't said before, and I'm not in the habit of posting from home. I just dropped by to see how things were going and was shocked to see some of the stuff you wrote to Yanniru.

I have nothing against you, and except for a brief episode our dialogue has been extremely productive and friendly. But I cannot possibly condone the way you treat other people, and I can't blame your parents the way Paul did (I didn't know Paul was a Freudian)

" I take that as a statement that you think Yanniru, Bruce and Harv hold the winning hand! Perhaps you are right and that makes it a sad day "

So that you don't misunderstand me, I'm thanking Yanniru and Bruce for demonstrating how difficult your relationship with the physics community is. And I'm apologizing to Harv because I treated him the same way you treat other people - I didn't realize it was that bad when I was doing it myself.

But I don't think anyone has the winning hand, not even you. As you said many times, I'm not competent to judge so I'm just watching from a distance. If I can't criticize you then I can't support you either. Sorry but I'm just following your own advice.

Have fun, and take it easy,

Aurino
