Well lets see.

1) God is impersonal to humankind. Creates entire universe with animals and stuff, first. God created the universe for man, though gave little effort in creating man.

2) God creates man before animals. Created man with great personal affection and care, with his hands. Then does the same to create woman.

1) Animals first

2) Man first

1) God refers constantly to an "us"

2) God is much more singular

1) God sets no prohibitions

2) God sets a prohibition

I don't know, it looks like the bible has conflicting creation stories. Set aside the fact that the 2nd one is older than the 1st.
