From today...

5,730 years = 1/2 C14 - half life
11,460 years = 1/4 C14
17,191 years = 1/8 C14
22,920 years = 1/16 C14
28,650 years = 1/32 C14
34,380 years = 1/64 C14
40,110 years = 1/128 C14
45,840 years = 1/256 C14
51,570 years = 1/512 C14
and so on, but not much further as you are correct the dating system can't measure levels much beyond 50,000 or 60,000 years due to the noise.

So are you saying that fossils have a measurable C14 signature which would suggest they are much younger than 50,000 years?

If so please provide some references.
