All you need is somebody who meets that requirement to sponsor you. sci.physics.research is moderated (reviewed) but not in the sense that it is 'fine toothed combed' for errors. I would suggest Dick modify his paper to present a specific argument and cut out the 'crackpot comments'. Maybe summarize the points the mathematical argument is attempting to make and present it. |
