I wasn't saying the trademarks just appeared. I was just pointing out that, since I'd not discussed the (R) in the previous post, that they were also part of that FEDERAL scam biz. IN fact, I'd never noticed the (r) until I'd finished posting the last post. Just didn't want to leave the discussion not having discussed them.

And I'm certainly not worried about copyright. "Luis Hamburgh" isn't even close to my real name -- it'd be my own fault if anyone ever plagiarized my astronomy.net commentary (as if that'd happen... they'd have to be pretty hard up).
