I meant that preferences or objectives dictate
truth in almost every level of abstraction above chemistry, math and physics. I don't mean there is no truth that is eternal, but that there are inherent preferences and objectives providing the backdrop on some of these questions, but they have variations on their themes.

You are also asking the Question that
Pontius Pilate asked Jesus -- "What is truth?"
and the question with which A. Einstein began his book, Relativity.
