But I also feel there is something strange about
any universal system which is based on belief that one rainbow was special while the rest are just...rainbows...and a religion that is just for folks who believe they are descended from Adam and Eve six thousand years ago....

There is much to admire in Islam but
freedom of inquiry and 'continuing revelation'
do not seem to be in it. Nor does it answer these harder questions (above).
