Probably Not True About Adam And Eve

Besides the fact that such an idea is merely conjecture, i.e. never mentioned in Genesis, it is unlikely that god would have been with them much. Mainly because of how Eve viewed the restriction of the tree of knowledge of good and bad.

Eve overly restricted the access to the tree by saying that they weren't to even touch that tree. Yet god's prohibition was that they could only not eat of the tree.

I'm sure if god was around more often, she wouldn't have been wrong about the restriction.
