Surplus means nothing. How collected funds were used is more important. Success is not measured purely by the material wealth of a nation. A nation is more susceptible to decay from within the glamour and glitter of material gains. Look at the court rooms: full of divorces, full of criminals who have no hope in or out of jail etc...Etc. Most Adam Units do not like seeing this nation or any other nation divided! Internally or externally! When individual families are breaking faster than they are re-uniting, mostly because of their miss-education, and the miss-education of their young who rebel against their often too young too of a parent (single by then) who are themselves uneducated also where are we heading? You sound disturbed yourself. Are you a miscreant or you wish to live a sheltered life as though in a shell of your own? Take a walk! Look around! Smell reality Sir!
