Hello, back from Florida. It rained every single day! Oh well. Anyway,

"2) An appellate court has declared reciting the pledge of allegiance in public schools to be unconstitutional due to the phrase "One nation, under God."

Can you believe this? I sure can't. This will be overturned for sure. They say this furthers Christianity? Completely ridiculous. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals who did this is the most liberal, and the most overturned also. Reciting the pledge of allegiance is not mandatory, no one forces those kids to say it. I went to CNN.com and searched for 'pledge' and it came up with some really good articles, if you are intersted about this I would do that.
