There is no data to support this law.

***3. The Law of Mutation: A Sub Kind can mutate, but will never mutate into a new Kind only into a new Sub Kind. This Sub Kind might change the position of the Genetic Barrier, with in it’s Sub Kind, however it will never remove the Genetic Barrier and thus never be a new kind. ***

Mutations move the genetic barrier to a position beyond the original Genetic Barrier of the Kind. However, the data supporting this claim is much older than 6,000 years. If you accept my argument based on astronomical data that the light now recieved by us from the Milky Way is up to 100,000 years old, then I will provide the genetic data. But if you think all data is less than 6,000 years old, there is no point in bothering.

In addition, #4 and #5 are not expressed as laws. They are just expectations. #1, 2 & 3 are laws because they say never.

Regards,

Richard
