I think what you are saying is that
you have some crazy acquaintances who
stalk Americans.
But maybe you are saying that public service is
for chumps and all wise persons skulk around with a towel on their head so nobody can see them.
That's one difference between your proposed system and mine. We don't want that and we are bold to say so.
