Though I'd be sad to see it go. I like reviewing the old stuff from time to time, just for fun, although you're right that that is a lot of space there that isn't used by anyone besides antiquarians like me. :)

Having more ads wouldn't be bad. More and more sites are requiring payment for their services, too. An annual subscription charge might not be a terrible idea, should it come to that (and it probably would keep trolls out)
