Ah, the memories of yesteryear.

I don't know how much space you'd save, but perhaps you can just keep posts that are no older than 12 months. Also, perhaps limiting posts to 1000 words or something and keep some of Jisbond's ALLCAPS diatribes out from hogging your premium disk space.

If you took out any post posted prior to 1/1/01, you'd remove ~5148 posts of the approximate 19112 you've got here in God and Science. That's over 25%. Setting a reasonable limiter on post lengths and I think that may help some.
