Hi Alan...
there's a lot of "challenging" thought in your post.

One point of procedure: unless you respond point-by-point to what I write, it's a no-go.
If I respond, as I sometimes have, with compelling ideas,it gets lost in then by not citing it we are not really engaging in a discussion but two separate "speeches," I guess.

I'll try to respond to a few of your other points
soon. I wish you had a computer. Maybe being anonymous isn't serving you as well as being bold?

But I don't mind that much.
