It Does Not Say He Is God

In fact he is saying that he is the path to god who he calls the father. If I remember correctly you claim that this is his claim to being god.

So my statement stands. You interpret scripture differently than I. I have no problem with Jesus being the path to god. But nothing you have shown me says that he is god. In fact he is very clearly saying that he is the son of man, not the son of god. He does imply that he is the messiah. But the Messiah is not god. The messiah is a man, or perhaps a woman- next time around.
