There Is No Need For Science In Gathering Data? SAY Bull!

My dear Richard,
I agree. Does it not seem that we have to always not believe all of what we read if there is translation involved from another language?
It seems useful to know that a translated text is never as good as the original text. No? Perhaps verification is always necessary especially when we are not eye witness to a proposed fact. There is a science in gathering data through hear-say.

By the same token the saying that there is no need for science in gathering data while at the scene of any happening at the time of the happening is most untrue because the senses are not always whole. For this reason we are advised to perform tests on those who are to collect the data also.
