As for your rebuttal regarding such drastic changes as automatically being harmful, you are assuming that all large scale changes would be harmful. However, as I have noted previously drastic changes are called for in drastic situations such as ice ages, droughts, global warming, etc...

The Hox is not proof of Macro-evolution. It is evidence that finally links large scale changes with one mutation. As the article points out, it is a matter of time before they find more large scale changes in other genes. This is an assumption that is made by the evolutionist scientist, however, it is a reasonable assumption, perhaps not true, but there certainly remains a good probability that it will be true.
