yeah probably, but the funny thing is the fact that almost the very year that it came into the school system SAT's scores started to go down dramaticly. Strange coincidence... hmm...

Actually it would be interesting to see if this would actually make a difference. It would be easy to do. Just take a group of school kids and don't teach them any thing about evolution and take another group and just leave them with normal teaching. It would be interesting too see if it does have an effect. It would really only take 12 years and since kind of thing is done all the time it really wouldn't be that difficult to do.

I suppose the questions that the study would focus on would be such:

Does beleiving that one decended from an animal effects learning? If yes does it just effect the attitude towards learning or does it in some way actually change how some one learns.

Probably won't happen, but it would be intereting to see if it actually has an effect.
