The issue isn't HOW he knows. The issue is you believe in free will, and in a God who knows the future. You can't have both. Either we do have free will, in which case God doesn't know what the outcome of the universe will be (ie no divine plan) or we don't have free will, and he punishes us for flaws he designed in us.
