Umm... no. I always have question some definitions in the dictionary, I was just get an equal footing. After all it is hard to argue about what is fact or not if we don't agree to what a fact is. Prehaps we just don't understand each others deffinition.

To put it bluntly here is MY definition of fact:

Fact : An event, action, or bit of knowledge that can not be disputed by another current event, action, or bit of knowledge. If it is disputed by a current event, action, or bit of knowledge then it is no longer a fact.

Bit of knowledge: A piece of knowledge that has been determined to be true even if there still remains unknown properities to that truth.
