Yep.

2) That God has a plan for this universe, and can see the future?

Yep. Just because God knows the future, how does that affect how you decide your actions based upon your knowledge and not God's?

One is destined to create one's own destiny.

Can God affect what happens to you based on future knowledge. Yes. Can he force your reaction to what happens to you. No.
