Hmm, have you ever heard about a thing called gravity ? Do you really think the big bang theory would be so popular if it were "contrary to fundamental physical laws", if you were a professor of physics somewhere (other than never never land) you might have something to say about the matter, but I dare doubt your expertice ? I recommend that you read "The first three minutes" by Steven Weinberg, that would maybe clear things up a bit...
