One wonders how he would summarize the chapter on electrical safety. Is Stormcrow actually planning to blow up something in the United States. Better to expel and arrest him now..not for being non-Christian, but for being an extremely hostile and dishonest summarizer who would try to get into the U.S. Electrical Grid.
