Let's simply agree then that it's not the idea that is evil so much as its interpretation. Most purely atheistic countries tend to be rather unpleasant places (Soviet Union, China) as do purely fundamentalist countries (Iran, Iraq) But this doesn't invalidate the ideas themselves. There are better methods of doing that. :) It's usually not the car's fault that a crash happens, it's the nut behind the wheel.
