Science Has Already Solved Dick's Problem

Read Hall's paper in one of the April issues of the Journal of Physics A. He starts from classical mechanics and Fisher information based on pollester mathematics and derives both Schroedinger's equation and an exact form of the uncertainty principle. What that says to me is that Dick has simply derived another version of a data sampling theory. Everything Dick purports to be fundamental is by analogy as the form of what he derived is the same as some well known equations in physics. Having the same form does not prove anything.
