Can you please comment on my comments on Dick's arguments where I posted "I wish that..............."?

Also: since empirical science is based on scientists communicating their explanations to each other; and since there is a question over how each scientist verifies the other's apparant view; one might suggest that "the laws of physics" may be unified as "the laws of DOING physics"; that is, as dependent on the laws of communicating explanations between scientists and matching them. (See my topic on solipsism and physics).
