Being a creationist I agree with what you basically said. Very good explaination by the way. I for one have never really seen tangible proof of evolution, nor have you seen tangible proof of Creation. I don't think Creationism is a Pseudoscience, but merely a belief and the faith of its' truth according to scripture. I have argued in the past about the manipulation of molecules, and who or what would have that power to do so. If man indeed evolved from the ape then why are there still apes, or better yet, science dictates that the shark hasn't evolved in millions of years. My opinion is that the theory of evolution stand even with the theory of creationism. But your scientific explainations are somewhat valid, though I think perhaps you lean too much on thermodynamic laws. There is a good chance that the laws of phyisics do not pertain to the whole universe. There's that possiblity too.
