If you think the concept of the singularity will ever be fully known, you revealing your ignorance. This does mean we will stop the study at all. That would make mankind something it is not; the need to know more.

But to make the assumption that someday we will know everything there is to know about the universe is very far fetched. In so doing, we would make ourselves out to be all knowing; like God.

The fact is we will always have questions. No matter how far science takes us, we will ALWAYS have questions.
