Stafford,

>>>"Classifying myself has never been my bag! I am not a real 'joiner'..."

The act of classification is necessary for a lot of things, but it is only primarily a tool for "joining" if you are preoccupied with fitting in. That is, if your priority lies within the opinions of others, and not in the matter itself, you will weigh everything you do and say vis-a-vis the opinions of others. (Now, re-read your quote above.)

>>>"By definition, your Intelligence Quotient is your mental age divided by your actual age."

You're a good sport, even when you're hurt. LOL... funny, too, though your formula is off by a factor of 100.

>>>"And to care about the issue is rather a childish waste of time."

But you do care, obviously more so than others!

To an extent, I care what you all think. I do not deny this. In fact, it's fair to say we all care what the rest of us think, or we wouldn't bother to respond!

Why anyone would deny this is easily explained:

>>>"(I) have never really felt a compulsion to accept other peoples ideas without thinking about them myself!"

Okaaaay...

;)
