Our age, Natalie?
(Don't mind Dick...what he said simply is not so.
But he can be very nice to those he likes.)

Every atom in our body is replaced within 90 days, almost always by another atom of the same element...the brain is the slowest to completely cycle through this process...a consequence of putting in 3 pounds of food per day and 5 pounds of water. that's 720 pounds in 90 days!


Our DNA is approximately 3.2 billion years old.

Our atoms vary in age. a few of the helium atoms we may have breathed in and made part of our tissues may have been expelled from the sun within a few days ago. They may have been manufactured from hydrogen atoms not much longer ago. But the calcium in our bones is probably much older, even having been recycled from ancient sea creatures that lived millions of years ago, but having remained calcium atoms.
