Hi Mike,

My son, who is my ISP, admonished me, when he first got me onto the Internet, not to attempt subtle humor in anything I write to someone I don't know and will probably never see. He advised that except for sprinkling emoticons here and there, stay away from any emotional content and stick to simple declarative sentences expressing facts only. (He didn't actually say that but that's how I took it.)

So I think that in most cases here, when someone thinks they have been insulted, or put down, or ignored, or type-cast, or injured, they take it in a spirit that was not intended by whoever set them off.

I think we should all just sit back and enjoy each other's company and ideas and not take anything too seriously.

Warm regards,

Paul
