I agree 100%; however, be careful as to exactly what is being said when we discuss this subject. There is a big difference between enforcing our notion of logic onto our model of reality and enforcing our notion of logic onto reality. These are violently different issues: the first is allowed (as the purpose of the model is to provide explanation); the second is strictly forbidden as we cannot logically restrict the possibilities or reality in any way!

I believe this is the crux of your difficulty in understanding what I am doing: I suspect very strongly that you are mixing the two issues.
