I'm not following you (btw, Obiwan said "trust the Force, Luke"). I don't believe I insinuated that we should trust our feelings in regards to how to treat our abstractions. My contention is that you treat abstractions as constraints, which I think can only be treated as a tool having pragmatic (instrumental) benefits.

Can you elaborate how you connected 'feelings' with my contention?
