Wow, Alan,

Why don't parents and schools just aim for the Moon in training the young, by optimizing everything from chemistry to pedagogy to
career preparation, even to the enlightened management of freedom in recreation? To keep the adults from being over-run politically by a super generation of geniuses, probably.

I hope you won't be annoyed with the following guess...it really would be presumptuous of me, except I deny any annoying motives in writing it:

It could be you have just revealed your vision of Heaven, and the parts of Heaven which you feel are most missing from your World!
