Can Someone Define Time For Me In A Rational Way?

What time is as from it came out of the Big Bang, and became the fourth dimension. Why it must be individual and can be altered by travveling and gravity. I have read the books written by Paul Davies and got a clue there.
I just want somebody elses view.
