Mass usually doesn't complete the gravity attraction - the earth doesn't fall into the sun because it orbits. Charged particles unually don't complete electric attraction - electron don't combine with the nucleus because they are orbiting. While the physical laws seem to be followed, there is separating activity that gives the appearance of what would be called dishonest behavior in human relationships by some.

The uncertainty principle of quantum mechanics is being interpreted by some as "choice" in obeying physical laws.
