Two superposition patterns; I prefer the first:

1. You arrive at a railway track. A train is coming. You have a superposition of choices: choice 1: cross the track now.
choice 2: wait till the train passes and then cross.
choices 3, 4 etc.: buy a drink, do a cartwheel, etc.
Thus: the superpositions of freedom. Many choices available at once.

2. You arrive at a railway track. A train is coming. You cross and get run over by the train! You and the train have "double-booked" that bit of track! I do not recommend doing that!
The superposition of contradiction, if you kidded yourself that no train was coming. But how could you really kid yourself? Is lying kind-of impossible- but trying to do so can injure yourself? (as you bump in to reality)(so lying is an attack on reality, that mistakenly might look to the liar as if reality was attacking the liar?)

Actually, that's a cautionary tale. Strictly: the messy form of double booking involves an outright contradiction; so an inaccurate view of nature. This can lead to tripping over reality.
