Puzzled; however any technical criticism from a real scientist is always welcome. I like people showing me which ideas clash with the standard model etc. I guess your comment is about 3 times: here they are: your watch rate, the comparison (eg. nature's rotation-of-Earth day), and the object you are timing (you) or a TV programme or whatever.
