universes with different e,c,h and G?

And if so, do they (constants) converge to some asymptotic values after many generations of universes?

Does "black holy natural selection" favors human existence via fine converging of constants to most favorable for human brain existence values?

(No, this is hardly the case - humans are such because they "adapted" or "survived" at such constants, not vice versa. Constants being different, life forms being different too).

Anyway, did anyone model such "black holy evolution" of fundamental constants mathematically?
