At different fundamental constants instead of C- or Si-based life you may have Fe- or He-based complex self-reproducing systems, at very different - muonic or neutrino structures, yet at even more different - structures based on new fundamental particles which are not allowed by math to be stable in our current universe.

Take antropic principle wider than "allowing 10-finger C-based hominoids to exist" to model possible universes. Don't also forget that universe does not have to result in complex systems at all.

So, it seems that your poor western education which pre-built God into your mind keeps you trying to hang onto any straw containing God in any form: "supreme order", "supreme being", "pre-designed for life universe", etc.

Open you mind, communists discarded contradicting to natural laws and observabe facts gods almost a century ago. And you are still in dark ages. Move on from primitive myths to complex mathematical reality we call nature.
